I qualified to become a personal trainer and group exercise instructor with the YMCA in 1999.
Once my training had finished, I set up my own business and built up a varied base of personal
training clients who I train in their own homes as well as teaching fitness classes in health clubs
rangingfrom step, body conditioning, body pump, body balance, body combat, dance, spin,
aqua and power stretch.
In more recent years, I have combined my busy fitness career with being a Mum so I can honestly say I
truly empathise with the demands of daily life, but believe 100% that being active and maintaining your
fitness levels improves and enhances your life in so many ways.
I constantly update my skills so that I can evolve with the ever changing fitness industry. I specialise in
senior fitness, pre and post natal as well as children and teens and more recently, I qualified as a
